He moves to Pescara, where he complete successfully his flute studies with M° S. Carbone and to the Accademia S.L. de France in Roma under the guide of M° R. Gouiot and, then, after widening the techniques of the experimental composition with F. Casti, concludes his educational course in experimetnal composition at the academy of music in Verona.
In the latest nice years he dedicates to the study of musical scales of launeddas and of their musical repertoire, while publishing, for different editors, the following books: “Launeddas – Tecnica e Composizione” (Edizioni - R&DT); “La Launeddas delle Launeddas” (Edizioni - S.M.C); ”Metodologie Compositive per Launeddas” (Edizioni - Arca); “Chiavi di Lettura del Repertorio Tradizionale” (Edizioni - S.M.C.) volume 1 and 2. He designed the first analitic system dedicated to music for launeddas _ "Polyfunctional analysis of the music for launeddas". He designed the software - JL 1.0, the first application expressely realized on the "Polyfunctional analysis of the music for launeddas"system, for analysing the music for launeddas.

Besides the intense research activity and study on launeddas, he performes an proficuous activity of conferences all over Italy and abroad. He worked as teacher of flute at the civic schools of music in Cagliari and Lanusei.
He is the author of various ensembles, among the many: Diacronia for two Launeddas; Ermes for solo flute; Variations on Schömberg for piano; Six Variations on Chopin for piano; Diacronia piece for three flutes; Six Variations on Vinciguerra for piano at 6 hands; Canto Beduino on a poem by Ungaretti for contralto voice and piano; Density for string orchestra; Selene for 11 launeddas.
